SUDDART cement tiles are entirely handcrafted using a traditional process. The colored pigments, forming a top layer about 5 mm thick, are carefully poured by hand into old-fashioned brass divider molds. Once the divider is removed, two layers of material are added and spread evenly. Each tile is then cold-pressed, demolded by hand, meticulously cleaned, and air-dried. After installation, a surface treatment is recommended to protect the tiles and make cleaning easier.
SUDDART cement tiles are made with high-quality pigments, ensuring that their colors remain unchanged over time. They are also crafted with premium materials that make them resistant to wear. Cement tiles are suitable for both floor and wall coverings.

Tile Installation: Hand-lay the cement tiles without hammering, using self-leveling crosses (1-2 mm joints) and double-glue cement. Clean joints immediately.
Floor Protection: Once dry, cover tiles with proper protection to prevent damage during finishing.
Cleaning: Use a mono brush to clean. For construction residues, use a diamond disc or soft abrasive paper, then rinse thoroughly.
Finishing: Apply crystallization for durability. For wall tiles, use a SUDDART-recommended solvent-based finish for a polished, long-lasting result. click here for more details
